We want you to be satisfied with your EZ DVC experience. This policy explains when refunds are available.

The short version: Full refund before drafting begins. Partial refund if drafting has started but is not complete. No refund after the deed is delivered to you.

1. Full refund — before drafting begins

If you change your mind, find an error in your intake, or no longer need our service, you can request a full refund as long as we have not started preparing your deed.

Drafting typically begins within 1 business day of order placement, but we will honor a full refund anytime before our team has actually begun work on your specific deed. Email hello@ezdvc.com as soon as possible.

If drafting has begun but the deed has not yet been delivered to you, we will issue a partial refund based on the work completed:

3. No refund — after delivery

Once the prepared deed has been delivered to you (or, for the Full Package, recorded with the county), the service has been performed and refunds are no longer available. If you discover an error in the deed after delivery, contact us — if the error is on our end, we will correct and re-deliver at no additional cost.

4. Out-of-scope situations — full refund

If, after reviewing your intake, we determine that your situation is outside the scope of our service (for example, an out-of-state DVC contract, a contested transfer, or a transfer requiring services we do not offer), we will issue a full refund and refer you to appropriate resources where possible.

5. Filing failures (Full Package only)

If you purchased the Full Package and we fail to successfully record your deed with the county due to an error on our end, we will re-submit at no additional cost. If the recording fails due to your action or inaction (such as not signing within a reasonable timeframe, providing inaccurate information, or notarization defects), additional re-submission fees may apply.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback through your bank or credit card company. We can almost always resolve issues directly and faster than the chargeback process. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may delay any refund and may result in additional administrative charges.

7. Pricing changes

From time to time we may run promotional pricing or adjust our standard rates. If you receive a refund, the refund amount reflects what you actually paid, not the current published price.

We acknowledge refund requests within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
