These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EZ DVC and the services we provide. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. What EZ DVC is — and what it is not

EZ DVC is a document preparation service. We prepare deed transfer documents for Disney Vacation Club ("DVC") contracts located in Florida.

EZ DVC is not a law firm. Using our service does not establish an attorney-client relationship between you and EZ DVC. We do not provide legal advice. We do not represent you in any legal matter. We do not advocate on your behalf.

Every deed we prepare is reviewed by a Florida-licensed attorney before delivery. The attorney’s review is a quality check on the document we prepare; it is not the provision of legal advice to you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the legal owner of the DVC contract being transferred (or have legal authority to act on behalf of the owner, such as power of attorney or status as personal representative of an estate).

3. Scope of services

We prepare deeds for DVC contracts at Florida DVC resorts. We currently do not prepare deeds for out-of-state DVC properties (Vero Beach, Hilton Head, Aulani, Grand Californian).

Our "Just the Deed" service includes deed preparation and Florida-attorney review, with the customer responsible for notarization and county recording.

Our "Full Package" service includes everything in "Just the Deed" plus county recording and all associated filing fees.

4. What we do not do

We do not provide tax advice. We recommend you consult a CPA or tax advisor for any tax implications of your transfer.

We do not provide estate planning advice. We can prepare a deed that transfers your DVC interest to a revocable living trust if you already have one, but we do not draft trusts or counsel you on whether a trust is right for your situation.

We do not handle contested transfers. If there is a dispute regarding ownership, you should consult a Florida-licensed attorney who can represent you.

We do not handle DVC resale brokerage, financing, or membership disputes with Disney Vacation Club.

5. Information accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide through our intake form. We verify ownership against Orange County public records, but we rely on you for the names of the parties to be added or removed, your contact information, and the specific transfer you wish to accomplish. Inaccurate information may delay your deed or result in a deed that does not have the effect you intended.

6. Pricing and payment

Our pricing is published on our website and is shown to you at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card information.

Multi-property orders receive a 20% discount when two or more contracts are being updated in the same order. The discount is calculated at checkout and reflected in the final amount you authorize.

7. Turnaround time

We aim to deliver your prepared deed within 3–5 business days of receiving complete intake information. For our Full Package, county recording typically adds 5–10 additional business days. These timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to county clerk backlogs, incomplete information, third-party verification needs, or other factors outside our control.

8. Refund policy

Our refund policy is published separately on our Refund Policy page and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Intellectual property

The EZ DVC website, brand, content, software, and templates are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without permission, except as needed to use the services you have purchased.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet every specific need or that the results of using our services will be free from error.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZ DVC, its owners, employees, contractors, and the reviewing attorney from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your provision of inaccurate information, or your use of our services in connection with matters outside the scope of our service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
